This week's Fitness Friday is going to be short and sweet. I lost 3 lbs. this week, with a total of 2 lbs. lost (I gained 1 lb last week). I am excited that I have lost the weight, and I can tell a small difference in the muscle in my legs and arms, which is great too! I am working on a "new normal" around my house, as we are going through some changes. I am committed to my exercise, and will find a way to continue it. After all, if President Obama and his wife, Michelle can fit in a work out, then so can I.
