Corn Pudding

OK, this is a request from Twitter. It is Corn Pudding, and a delightful, sweet southern recipe from my Granny. She always had it at Holiday dinners, and I always got seconds.

2 cans cream style corn
1 cup milk (evaporated may be used)
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 heaping tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased 9X13 glass pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour, or until set. Recipe can be doubled. This recipe cooks better when it is shallow in the pan. If might fit into a smaller pan, but it will take longer for it to cook and set.
